Explanation
Rabbie is an odd character. Given that Thunder does not have teleports besides Michael and Amemori, Rabbie gets a lot of bonus points, but she staples it onto a kit that is both gimmicky and non-powerful, which is a bad combination. Overall, she's not terrible terrible, and I can see what uses you might want for her, but it's hard to justify putting any resources into her.
