Thanks to popular demand, Hedy ends up participating in an exchange event meant to foster unity and cooperation between the Illumina Federation and Lumopolis. At her superiors' behest, she travels to Gannon City to act as a sheriff for a day, promoting traffic safety and crime prevention on the streets. Despite being a proud knight of Lumopolis, Hedy obeys and dons her Federation uniform. Though she finds it somewhat uncomfortable, it does not obscure her natural charm and confidence.
