Explanation
Proper teambuilding and Skill management greatly increases Ms.Blancs efficacy; and the fact that she's given to every player for free means that she's a perfectly usable budget Converter. Just keep in mind that she's completely outclassed by the higher rarity Preemptive Converters, like Sariel and Kleken.
