Our calculations suggest that Elma with her full HP buff is comparable to Areia on cooldown, or maybe a Corax on life support, whichever is more insulting
It's difficult to find positive things to say about this character. She's probably serviceable if you pulled her during the limited event, MBT'd her, and really, really like her in the anime. It doesn't help that her active is funny, but not strong. Chances are that not many accounts meet the above criteria, so there's not a whole lot left to say.
