Brandy was the 1.5 anniversary’s Welfare and its friendliest unit; Vic is underwhelming, and Goldie requires a dedicated team to shine. The sniper chain buff she gives is pretty good on units like Paloma, and the enhance tiles she generates can go hand in hand with Goldie and Minos. A very strong budget option for Enhanced Tile teams.
