Liqing has been using this scale to weigh herbs ever since learning the healing arts. Its precise measurement helps him parcel the correct, perfect portion every time. Liqing's knowledge of medicine improves as he becomes more proficient with using the scale.

Passive
Liqing's Normal Attack no longer deals direct damage. Instead, it applies 1 stack of Moxa on targets. At the end of the turn, the Moxa detonates, dealing 65% damage per stack. Moxa lasts for 2 rounds. Each stack is calculated separately.
