One day, a legend suddenly emerged in Gannon—that of the "Enforcer of Justice" aka "The Punisher." A sudden flash of lightning splits open the sky whenever someone breaks the rules, and Nemesis appears beside them to hand down thunderous punishment. After doing so, she delivers a one-liner that cuts them to the bone and forces them to repent. After executing her justice, she disappears in a flash of light to punish another evildoer.
