Explanation
Li is your bog standard sniper, but worse. While his Active Skill can be a decent source of damage, he’s held down by middling stats, RNG on criticals from his Active Skill, and a terrible Chain Combo that's not even good for mobbing! There are plenty of better options (including free ones) to raise over him, such as Lola.
